Storage and service providers
Contact enquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. When email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are sent through Resend to our team’s configured inboxes. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website. The contact API also uses temporary IP-based rate limiting to reduce abuse. Processing locations depend on the configured hosting and database regions.
Retention and security
Enquiries remain stored until they are deleted; automatic deletion is not currently configured. You can contact us to request deletion. We use server-side validation and authenticated database access to help protect submitted information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and third-party content
The website does not currently include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. Embedded Google Maps connects your browser to Google and may allow Google to process technical data or use cookies under its own policies. Links to LinkedIn and other external websites are governed by those providers’ privacy policies.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the contact form.
